I'm a lead engineer at Cricut. On my own time I take products from idea to shipped app, working solo across mobile, web, backend, hardware, and on-device AI. Most of them are built with a multi-agent AI workflow I designed for myself.
My own Claude Code workflow. A product spec gets broken into tasks, and parallel worker agents build them in isolated git worktrees. A QA agent tests each change, and nothing merges without passing a PR gate. That's how one person can ship a cross-platform app with a real backend in a few months.
